    H&R Real Estate Investment Trust has acquired a portfolio of 12 refrigerated distribution centers with a total of 1.7 million square feet of space in six Canadian provinces. The purchase price is estimated at about $215 million. These cold storage facilities will be leased for an average of 19.3 years to Eimskip Atlas Canada Inc, which is part of Iceland-based Eimskipafelag Islands, a major North American refrigerated warehouse company.
