Veritiv Operating Company recently introduced TempSafe PalletShield, a curbside-recyclable pallet shipper designed for biopharmaceutical cold chain needs. The company, which provides specialty packaging distribution, facility solutions, and print products and solutions, added the new shipper to its TempSafe line of curbside-recyclable packaging.
TempSafe PalletShield is built for life sciences, healthcare, and high-value cold chain logistics, helping to reduce waste, simplify pack-outs, and eliminate disposal costs associated with traditional EPS and PUR pallet systems. The pallet shipper delivers more than five days of validated thermal protection, supports a 558–596L payload, holds more than 300 lb. of dry ice, and integrates easily into standard pallet workflows, thanks to its patent-pending panel-locking design. The fiber-based construction is validated for a range of temperature profiles and provides durability, consistent performance, and end-of-life advantages over conventional materials.
