Stonepeak launches Peregrine Cold Logistics to expand temperature-controlled infrastructure across Asia Pacific and the GCC

Stonepeak recently launched Peregrine Cold Logistics, a new platform focused on temperature-controlled logistics in Asia Pacific and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The company, which specializes in infrastructure and real assets, will use Peregrine to address growing demand for cold storage throughout the regional supply chain.

Headquartered in Singapore, Peregrine plans to pursue opportunities across key markets,  including the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), North Asia, and the GCC. The platform will both acquire existing cold storage businesses and develop new facilities. As part of its launch, Peregrine has agreed to acquire Pinnacle Cold Storage in the Philippines.

The platform is led by a management team with more than 30 years of experience in cold chain logistics and knowledge of scaling operations across Asia Pacific and global markets. The team also brings operational and technological expertise and long-standing customer relationships.
