Total Quality Logistics (TQL) has upgraded its Carrier Web Portal, a website the freight brokerage firm has designed to help its carriers easily do business with TQL. The Carrier Web Portal enables truck drivers and dispatchers to search for loads, post empty trucks, and view payment details.
The newly revamped site features expanded load details including status and a visual depiction of the load’s location. TQL’s Carrier Web Portal also enables streamlined load searching and provides the ability to see data on previous loads, which can be exported and saved or printed. Additionally, the updated site features multiple user log-ins as well as invoice details such as expected payment date, itemized amounts, check numbers, and electronic copies of accompanying documents.
The 3PL’s new network will leverage its national distribution center footprint and advanced technology to enable omnichannel growth amid volatile market dynamics.
“Temperature-controlled logistics is a varied and fulfilling career choice for people who are solutions-focused and embrace innovation,” association’s president and CEO says.
