CARB posts notice of text access for TRU rulemaking

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has posted a second 15-day notice of public availability of modified text, and modified text for proposed amendments to the Airborne Toxic Control Measure for In-Use Diesel-Fueled Transport Refrigeration Units and TRU Generator Sets, and Facilities where TRUs Operate.
