LITE-CHECK, a provider of tools for trucking industry safety diagnosis, recently expanded its lineup with a new brake timing tester.

The company said its new CERTIFIER 1200, which ensures operators meet the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) 121 standard for trucks and trailers equipped with air brake systems, replaces the CERTIFIER 912 system.

The new CERTIFIER is loaded with new features, LITE-CHECK said, including a wireless HUB for wheel sensors, electronic platform, operating system, station design and report design.

Management can create test procedures with preset thresholds streamlining the test process. The test report includes electrical, air and ABS conditions, and also can be modified to include photos of the vehicle for rebuilders.

The company says its LITE-CHECK pedal actuator can be used for truck 121 brake testing.
