Carrier Transicold crowns top 2024 dealers

Carrier Transicold recently named Atlantic Carrier Transicold the 2024 Dealer of the Year for the United States and Canada, and Refrigeración Especializada para el Transporte de Occidente (RETO) Dealer of the Year for Latin America, recognizing their exceptional performance in sales, service, market penetration, customer satisfaction, business investment and growth.

“Atlantic Carrier Transicold and RETO are prime examples of the consistent service and dedication you’ll find throughout our dealer network,” Alice DeBiasio, Carrier VP and general manager for transportation climate solutions in the Americas, said in a news release. “We’re proud to celebrate their exceptional performance and support of Carrier Transicold.”

Atlantic Carrier Transicold, a division of Reefer Sales & Service in Brampton, Ontario, boasts a dedicated team of more than 40 employees serving New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland, Carrier reported.

RETO, based in Jalisco, Mexico, was named Dealer of the Year for the second year in a row and has won the award five times in 16 years. The company is led by General Manager Rubén Almaráz, and its sustained success underscores its leadership in transport refrigeration solutions within Latin America.

Other 2024 dealer and individual awards

Carrier Transicold also presented CT Power of Commerce City, Colorado, and Delta Termicos de Nicaragua, of Managua, Nicaragua, with its Extra Mile Award for outstanding customer service. Additionally, Carrier Transicold honored seven individuals for outstanding performance:

• Sales Managers of the Year: Royal Richards, Carrier Transicold of Utah, Salt Lake City; Adolfo Calderon, Clima Ideal. San Jose, Costa Rica.
• Service Managers of the Year: Chuck Hovis, W&B Service Company, Oklahoma City; Edwin Gil, Coldtruck Solutions Panama City, Panama.
• Parts Managers of the Year: Nick Grimaldi, Carrier Transicold of Southern New England, Springfield, Massachusetts; Azrael García, RETO, Guadalajara, Mexico.
• 20 Series Champion of the Year: Tyrone Johnson, W&B Service Company, Duncanville, Texas.
