Managers, as well as transportation management services company Transplace, can now leverage the services of sourcing and optimization technologies company CombineNet thanks to a new partnership between the two companies.
The combined effort will allow management services and logistics technology solutions provider Transplace to employ CombineNet’s advanced sourcing technology to generate competitive transportation bids on behalf of its clients, the company said. In addition, Transplace customers who conduct the procurement process internally can access CombineNet’s solutions through Transplace’s consulting services organization.

According to Transplace, customers will be able to create a complete transportation lifecycle management solution, from data validation to negotiation services.
