Performance in real-time

Fleet managers can focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) with Command Center, a real-time tool that measures, analyzes and visually displays fleet information captured by TruckMate for Windows (TM4Win).

Developer Maddocks Systems Inc. says Command Center can display KPIs based on both daily and historical information provided by dispatch, billing, customer service and accounting. The tool launches directly from any desktop, and screens can be customized to report on the most important indicators for each user.

“We have developed an online library where clients can gain access to hundreds of KPIs designed for specific trucking segments, … but clients are [also] encouraged to submit KPIs and exchange performance monitoring ideas with other trucking fleets,” says Maddocks president and CEO, Bob Maddocks.
