Real Time Freight Services has announced that more than 25 additional shippers and carriers have started using its services since the beginning of the year.
According to the firm, the Real Time Freight transportation service network allows shippers to quickly and efficiently connect to carriers and brokers using the latest in online communications technologies. Through a simple Internet connection, Real Time stated, parties can manage time-sensitive freight information in a secure environment.
The list of new Real Time clients includes companies in the produce, meat, food-service, lumber and steel industries, as well as such motor carriers as Schneider National, Sunstate Trucking & Logistics, Kamble Co. Transportation Services, ATS Sureway, RWJ Trucking and Kenneth Willis Trucking.
“The strong new customer activity we have experienced over the past few months is clearly a vote of confidence for our solution,” said Adam Saffro, vp of sales. “It also shows that shippers and carriers are committed to addressing their freight challenges and are ready to implement new systems designed specifically to reduce operating costs and significantly improve customer relations.”
