• Descartes MacroPoint OpsForce: Uses AI agents to automate shipment engagement, tracking continuity, exception handling, and documentation collection.
• Descartes MyCarrierPortal: Supports carrier vetting, automated onboarding, risk monitoring, fraud prevention, and access to verified carrier networks.
