Companies partner to expand training opportunities

Compli clients now have unlimited access to a suite of premium training courses focusing on ethics and compliance training through WeComply. The courses are available with the purchase of a subscription plan.

“It’s important to point out that with this new subscription plan our clients will have unlimited use of the WeComply training library, meaning the more they use it the better value they will receive,” said Lon Leneve, president of Compli. “This is a huge advantage because our clients won’t have to make a buying decision every time they want to provide an employee with WeComply’s trainings, and therefore more employees will be trained with more subjects addressed.”

Among the library of courses are attorney-authored WeComply training courses focused on human resources, general business, ethics, workplace, financial integrity, healthcare, and data privacy and security.

For Compli clients, these trainings will be managed within the Compli platform, which will automatically keep a record of course activity inside each employee’s electronic personnel file for documentation purposes.

“Our clients are hungry for training, and it’s our job to find the content they need,” said Leneve. “We have added a significant number of new ethics and compliance trainings from WeComply to help meet those needs. This addition brings an incredibly robust computer-based premium training library to the fingertips of our clients from which trainings can be selected, deployed, tracked and reported on, all within a single integrated compliance management system.”

“We are very excited about our newly established partner relationship with Compli,” said Mike Pallatta, WeComply CEO. “Our businesses are a natural fit. We are looking forward to helping Compli’s clients achieve their compliance goals by providing access to our extensive library of courses, which offer training on a wide variety of ethics and compliance topics.”

Compli is a provider of human resources and compliance management software.
