Motive joins Holman TPIN program to connect fleet data with maintenance systems

Motive is the first telematics partner to join Holman’s Telematics Preferred Integration Network (TPIN), connecting real-time vehicle and driver data with fleet management and maintenance systems. The integration is designed to reduce downtime, lower operating costs, improve safety outcomes, and give fleets better visibility into total cost of ownership (TCO) by unifying previously fragmented data.

Averitt launches online truckload rate quoting and booking tool for shippers

Averitt has introduced a new feature on its website that enables shippers to receive instant truckload rate quotes and book shipments directly. The tool supports van, flatbed, and refrigerated shipments across the continental U.S. and is available to users with an Averitt.com profile. After booking, Averitt’s North America Truckload team secures a driver, provides pickup confirmation, and offers shipment tracking through the website once the load is picked up.

Mesilla Valley Transportation deploys Traxen iQ-Cruise to boost fleet fuel efficiency

Mesilla Valley Transportation (MVT) will install about 1,400 units of Traxen’s iQ-Cruise system across its fleet over the next 18 months to improve fuel efficiency. The AI-powered technology, distributed exclusively by Eaton, is designed to optimize fuel use.

“MVT’s evaluation shows iQ‑Cruise delivers significant efficiency and value to their operations,” Tim Bauer, VP of aftermarket, global sales, and business development for Eaton’s Mobility Group, said. “Their rigorous testing and thoughtful assessment underscore MVT’s commitment to advancing fuel‑saving solutions across the commercial vehicle industry.”

The system uses AI, high-definition maps, GPS, and real-time data on traffic, weather, and load to optimize driving strategy and cruise control performance.
