Mahle Clevite has launched a revamped online ordering site for its products so customers can have the convenience of 24/7 ordering with access to the full Mahle Clevite product line.
MahleCleviteOrder.com features a new layout and improved shopping cart functionality, the company said. Product details, availability and pricing information are all displayed when ordering a product. The updated site will also allow for the “repeat” of large orders by simply uploading a text file with the part and quantity information listed.
Customers may also copy a prior order when reviewing orders.
“MahleCleviteOrder.com is our way of getting our parts to customers faster,” said Patti Stanford, information technology (application analyst). “And by improving the site layout and its features, we not only keep our word, but we are providing customers with the convenience and ease of use that the online market demands.”
Users can also review orders, check available stock, search part interchanges or link to the company’s Launchpad portal of electronic catalogs.
