• Hendrickson acquires leaf spring and stabilizer business

    Hendrickson has acquired the leaf spring and stabilizer segment from the Austrian Frauenthal Group.

    “This acquisition of this business will enable us to broaden our footprint in Europe to better support our global spring customer base,” said Gary Gerstenslager, president and CEO of Hendrickson.

    A transaction price was not released. The sale will be complete later this year, Hendrickson said.
