PHILADELPHIA.  Cooper Tire and Rubber Co. is extending its Roadmaster truck tire line with a new road service network aimed at fleet customers.  Announced at the American Trucking Assns.’ annual management conference, the new Roadmaster Fleet Service Network establishes a direct national accounts program for truck fleets backed up by 24/7 emergency roadside tire repair and replacement.

The emergency service will be provided through independent Roadmaster dealers supported by seven Cooper U.S. distribution centers, according to Gary Schroeder, director of commercial vehicle and OEM sales.

“Our new emergency roadside service keeps our customers rolling day and night,” he said. “The pricing is consistent regardless of location, and we make account management easy with direct billing.”
