LOUISVILLE. The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is bringing its Total Solution to the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS), the company announced.
“The complete Goodyear Total Solution will be on display at Goodyear’s MATS booth (#24185) during the entire duration of the show,” said Gary Medalis, marketing director, Goodyear.
Medalis said this includes:
- The new Goodyear Endurance RSA and the Goodyear Fuel Max RSA, for regional/long haul driving and enhanced toughness for driving in urban environments.
- The Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Network, which offers more than 2,300 tire and service locations from coast to coast, and encompasses both Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers and authorized Goodyear commercial tire dealers.
- Services like the 24/7 Goodyear-Fleet HQ Emergency Roadside Service program, which has put more than 1.1 million trucks back on the road since 2008, according to the company.
- Fleet management tools, including Goodyear’s Tire Trac online tire management tool, which helps fleets monitor tire installations and performance, and the Goodyear Road Service App, which connects drivers to Goodyear-Fleet HQ Emergency Roadside Service with the push of a button. “We’ll demonstrate both tools during MATS,” said Medalis.
“We encourage MATS attendees to discover how Goodyear can help them lower their operating costs by using the special Goodyear Total Solution interactive kiosk set up inside our booth,” he added.
Attendees who visit Goodyear’s MATS booth and complete a free Goodyear Total Solution Finder/kiosk profile will be eligible to enter a drawing to win a ride on the Goodyear blimp. (Drawings will be held at a later date.)
Goodyear also will promote its Smart Fleet program during MATS. “The Goodyear Smart Fleet program is our national account program for owner-operators and small to mid-size fleets,” said Medalis.
“Goodyear is the only tire company that offers the Total Solution of trusted products, a nationwide network, reliable services and fleet management tools– all designed to help fleets lower their operating costs,” said Medalis. “We look forward to introducing the Goodyear Total Solution to MATS attendees.”
