Ruan Names VP

Ruan Transportation Management Systems has named Gardner Green vp of sales. Green will be responsible for business development activities and will maintain regional accountability for the Southwest. Green is a 12-year industry veteran with a strong background in both sales and operations. He spent the previous three years at Schneider National Carriers Inc. where he served as national account manager.
