Kenworth taps Drollinger as customer service manager

Kenworth Truck Co. has appointed Rick Drollinger as its customer service manager. He will be responsible for working with Kenworth’s regional and district service managers and the Kenworth dealer network on customer service issues. Drollinger has held various positions within Paccar, Kenworth’s parent company, since 1977 and with Kenworth since 1981. He most recently served as section manager for

Drollinger has held various positions within Paccar, Kenworth’s parent company, since 1977 and with Kenworth since 1981. He most recently served as section manager for cab/hoods/sleeper in production engineering.

His experience includes product testing, advanced design, stress and dynamics analysis, truck production, internal audit and computer-aided engineering (CAE) systems.
