In response to the hurricanes that struck the Gulf Coast, Stemco has released a guide on how to inspect, rebuild and reassemble submerged wheel ends.

Putting units that were salvaged from flooding into service without a wheel end inspection or repairs may result in severe degradation of performance or a break down, the manufacturer warned.
