Denver-based TrenStar Inc., a provider of mobile asset management solutions, announced the appointment of Edward R. Flaherty as chief financial officer today. Flaherty will be responsible for overseeing all of TrenStar’s global finance and accounting functions. He will also lead TrenStar’s human resources and compliance functions.
Prior to joining TrenStar, Mr. Flaherty held several executive leadership positions at high-growth Colorado-based companies. Most recently, he served as executive chairman, president and CEO for ProSavvy, a Mobius Venture Capital Portfolio Company.
