EPIC acquires Sentry Transportation’s direct writing operation to expand trucking platform

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants recently acquired Sentry Transportation’s direct writing operation, expanding its national transportation and logistics platform and client base. The acquisition adds more than 500 trucking clients and brings the Sentry team to EPIC’s Interstate Motor Carriers, enhancing scale and expertise.

Love’s Financial expands with acquisition of three freight factoring providers

Love’s Financial recently acquired three freight factoring providers—TBS Factoring Service, Saint John Capital, and Financial Carrier Services—expanding its services to small- and mid-sized trucking fleets. The acquisition adds approximately 3,400 new customers across Oklahoma City, Chicago, and Charlotte, with operations continuing without disruption.
