Nearhoof named DMC’s 2021 Driver of the Year

Bill Nearhoof of Pitt Ohio has been named DMC Insurance’s 2021 Driver of the Year.

All companies insured by DMC were invited to nominate up to three drivers for consideration for this award.

Nearhoof was unanimously selected as the winning driver by the Driver of the Year judging committee, which is made up of trucking industry experts.

The award and accompanying prize package were presented to Nearhoof during National Truck Driver Appreciation Week earlier this year at the Pitt Ohio’s terminal in Baltimore.

Representatives from DMC Insurance and Pitt Ohio’s executive team were onsite to recognize Nearhoof.
