Bergstrom Inc. has completed the acquisition of Modine Manufacturing Co.’s North American vehicular HVAC products business.
The business services off-highway vehicles, trucks and school buses. Bergstrom is a designer and supplier of climate systems.
“This product line is a welcome addition to our core business,” said Jack Shaffer, president & COO. “The acquisition enhances our product offerings in the HVAC market, and strengthens our ability to provide high-quality products to our customers in an efficient and timely manner.”
