Bergstrom purchases HVAC business

Bergstrom Inc. has completed the acquisition of Modine Manufacturing Co.’s North American vehicular HVAC products business.

The business services off-highway vehicles, trucks and school buses. Bergstrom is a designer and supplier of climate systems.
