Closures for the US 281/Loop 1604 Interchange project in San Antonio, TX, will continue through Oct. 19,
Alamo RMA officials said there will be lots of activity along Loop 1604, according to a WOAI News report.
US 281 roadway closures:
- US 281 northbound frontage left lane from Henderson Pass to Loop 1604 is closed from Oct. 11 from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- US 281 southbound main lanes from Loop 1604 to Donella will be closed nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. from Oct 11 -15.
- US 281 northbound frontage road at Loop 1604 will be closed Oct. 13 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. One lane will always remain open.
- US 281 southbound frontage road at Loop 1604 will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- US 281 southbound exit ramp at Donella was closed starting at 10 p.m. on Oct. 9 and will reopen on Oct. 19. This closure will last approximately two weeks.
Loop 1604 roadway closures:
- Loop 1604 westbound frontage left lane at the Stone Oak exit ramp will be closed Oct. 11-12 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Loop 1604 westbound main right lane at the Stone Oak exit ramp will be closed Oct. 11-12, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Loop 1604 eastbound frontage road at US 281 will be reduced to one lane from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. on Oct. 11.
- Loop 1604 eastbound entrance ramp from Stone Oak Parkway / Voigt Drive will be closed daily from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Oct. 11-14.
- Loop 1604 eastbound frontage lanes will be reduced to one lane from Trail Crest to US 281 Oct. 11 -14 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Loop 1604 westbound frontage lanes will be reduced to two lanes at US 281 on Oct. 12 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Loop 1604 westbound frontage right lane will be closed east of Redland Oct. 13 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Loop 1604 westbound frontage right lane will be closed east of Huebner Oct. 13 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Loop 1604 westbound Main Lanes at Huebner will be closed Oct. 15 from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Traffic will be detoured to the frontage lanes at Blanco exit ramp.
- Loop 1604 eastbound main lanes at Huebner will be closed Oct. 15 from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. Traffic will be detoured at the Huebner exit ramp.
- Loop 1604 eastbound main lanes at Bitters will be closed Oct. 16 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Traffic will be detoured to the Bitters exit ramp.
- Loop 1604 westbound Main Lanes at Bitters will be closed Oct. 17 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Traffic will be detoured to the frontage lanes at Bitters exit ramp.
