WEX Fleet One announces staff promotions

WEX Fleet One has announced several staff promotions to its Antioch campus in Nashville, TN.

Laila Brady is a new team leader at the call center; Jessica Lawrence is now an account manager-merchant support; Heather Curran has been named an admin team leader-inside sales; and Shelby Guyton is now business analyst-operations.

Brady was most recently a quality assurance analyst coach for the Service Delivery team.

Lawrence was promoted from merchant support representative. She will serve as the operational program steward, advocate and liaison between WEX Fleet One and its partners in her new role. 

Curran will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the activities of associates to ensure quality customer experience. 

Guyton will take on business readiness responsibility for projects introducing changes or addition to functionality affecting WEX Fleet One customers, as well as plan and manage user acceptance training for employees.
