The particulars of Trump's infrastructure plans

President Donald J. Trump proposed a far-reaching plan just after his election to in his words “transform America’s crumbling infrastructure” into a “golden opportunity” for accelerated economic growth. Estimated to cost some $550 billion and desired by Trump to be “deficit-neutral,” this infrastructure plan would focus significant monies on highway and roadway bridge construction and rehabilitation, which could benefit trucking.
