GE Fleet Services introduces new electronic signature functionality for lessee odometer disclosures (LOD) and termination notices. Users can complete a LOD online, validate odometer data, and provide an e-signature to terminate a vehicle.

With the online functionality, users are stopped at the onset of a new vehicle order and prompted to complete an online lessee odometer statement. If users need to terminate a vehicle without a new order, they simply visit the vehicle termination page on the View Update Vehicle (VUV) application within Your Office@ Fleet on gefleet.com.

GE Fleet Services operates in full compliance with the Truth-in-Mileage Act, which in turn helps users fulfill their obligations under the act. Not only does validation of mileage via a signed LOD comply with federal law, but it also can enhance vehicle resale values by ensuring odometer integrity to potential buyers.
