Johnson & Towers held the official grand opening of its newest service center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and cocktail party recently. Located on three acres in Egg Harbor Township NJ, the newly constructed facility has 10 enclosed bays with diagnostic and testing equipment and 1,000 square feet of warehouse space. The facility will carry diesel engines, transmissions, parts, and accessories, in an electronically managed inventory system, in support of on-highway, power generator, and marine operators in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Founded in 1926, Johnson & Towers is Detroit Diesel's oldest distributor and one of its largest, having sold and serviced the diesel engine manufacturer's products since 1926.
