Arsenault Associates announced that Affiliated Foods Midwest Cooperative has implemented Dossier maintenance management software for the mission-critical equipment at its 1-million square-foot warehouse in Norfolk NE. Dossier is already used by Affiliated Carrier, the trucking arm of the same company. Dossier is the flagship software product of Arsenault Associates.
Dossier is being used to help the firm maintain many kinds of equipment, including 76 forklifts and 200 order pickers.
“We also use Dossier to track maintenance of practically every system inside the warehouse: air compressors, carousels, conveyors, HVAC evaporators, condensers, compressors and about 50 pieces of miscellaneous equipment — pallet jacks for example,” said Affiliated's Lance Mortensen.
