Diamond Ranch Foods adds Ark to clientele

Diamond Ranch Foods Ltd, a custom meat processing and distribution conglomerate, has added publicly traded Ark Restaurants Corp to its customer base.

Ark Restaurants operates larger, destination-style restaurants that offer extensive menus and a lively atmosphere. Diamond Ranch Foods services its 11 New York properties, plus several operations for which Ark Restaurants Corp acts as purchasing agent.

The New York properties of Ark Restaurants include America, Bryant Park Grill, Canyon Road, Columbus Bakery I & II, El Rio Grande, Gonzalez y Gonzalez, The Grill Room, The Metropolitan Cafe, Red, and Sequoia.
