Ontario's Superior Court of Justice has approved a $40 million (Canadian) settlement in the Atlas Cold Storage Income Trust class action. Begun in 2004, the class action alleges that financial statements of Atlas Cold Storage Income Trust were misrepresented.

As part of this settlement, defendants will pay CDN $40 million to class members in return for releases and the dismissal of the class action. The defendants do not admit to any wrongdoing or liability.
