DeltaTrak, an innovator of cold chain management systems, has launched its new cold chain blog. The blog is designed to be an interactive informative forum for life science, industrial, and food cold chain monitoring discussions.
The blog’s initial topic focus will feature details on the recent World Health Organization prequalification of DeltaTrak’s Flashlink-certified vaccine data logger with glycol bottle. Peter Norton, DeltaTrak’s business development director, will be the blog’s first contributor.
“We are always looking for new methods of gathering and disseminating information on new technologies, regulations, and solutions that affect those of us involved in cold chain management, and this blog will allow us to provide this information from industry experts to our customers,” said Frederick Wu, president and chief executive officer of DeltaTrak.
The new cold chain blog can be found at http://deltatrak.com/index.php/about-us/blog. Readers are encouraged to read, comment, ask questions and/or suggest topics on the site. Future blog posts will include information involving topics relevant to the food and chemical industries.
Norton’s expertise includes an indepth knowledge of efficient approaches to monitoring and managing cold chain logistics operations, risk aversion, and methods of securing the supply chain, gained from working within materials management groups of large global life sciences companies.
