Decisiv, which provides service relationship management (SRM) solutions, recently expanded its asset type classification to increase coverage for heavy-duty trucks, and add medium- and light-duty truck, trailer, refrigeration unit and off-road equipment models to its platform.

New make, model and engine combinations for asset classification in the Decisiv SRM platform expand coverage for HD trucks, Decisiv maintained, and adds medium- and light-duty CVs, trailers, refrigeration units, and off-road equipment.
Decisiv said its focus on continually providing increased value to SRM platform users also includes the development of active analysis capabilities. With the expansion of asset classification, the advanced technology platform is now working in the background to analyze service event data and discover new asset categories and classifications being used by customers.
Decisiv also is introducing several enhancements to its Service Location Search capability. The fleet user experience related to searching for a service location when creating a service request now includes an easier way to find and display preferred locations. Fleets also can filter locations by specific services, and service providers can add services lists to their locations by grouping them into categories. With the upgraded Service Location Search feature, a checkbox panel now is available that can be expanded or collapsed so users can view all available filters at once.
These new enhancements broaden the scope of the SRM platform and provide fleets improved control over the asset service process.
