Vertical Alliance Group Inc announced that 11 new trucking companies have signed with FullFleet.com in the first six months of 2007, including Jack in the Box and Tree of Life Inc.

The recruiting web site connects private-carrier fleets with truckers, aiming to increase driver retention percentages, decrease cost per hire, and improve profits. FullFleet.com was developed to counter a severe nationwide trucker shortage that the American Trucking Associations (ATA) says could reach 111,000 drivers by 2014.

Visitors to FullFleet.com click on a transportation company's banner ad, or search for a business by state or category. That leads to the company's profile page, which provides applicants with everything they need to make an informed decision regarding a job position and company. Interested visitors then can submit their contact details directly to their preferred institution for further follow-up and information.
