American Home Food Products will begin doing business as Artisanal Premium Cheese Inc.

American Home Food Products will begin doing business as Artisanal Premium Cheese Inc. to align the company's emerging luxury brand with its corporate identity. The formal name change requires shareholder approval, which the company will seek at its annual meeting.

The company also announced December 2007 sales of $1.3 million, the highest in the company's history.

The firm's stock trading symbol, AHFP, will remain unchanged until further notice.

In August 2007, New York NY-based American Home Food Products acquired 100% ownership in Artisanal Premium Cheese. The company markets and distributes a line of specialty, artisanal, and farmstead cheese products.
