Amerit Fleet Solutions recently acquired Pro Reefer to expand its fleet maintenance capabilities and strengthen its presence in Canada.
Pro Reefer, founded in 1998, specializes in maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services for refrigerated trailers and transport refrigeration units. The company has supported customers in food distribution, cold chain logistics, and temperature-sensitive freight for more than 28 years, offering preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and compliance-driven services.
The acquisition strengthens Amerit’s refrigerated fleet service capabilities and supports its broader strategy to serve complex fleet operations across multiple asset types and geographies. It also expands the company’s geographic reach into Canada while enhancing service support across U.S. and Canadian customers.
