Amerit Fleet Solutions recently acquired Triple Diamond Truck and Trailer Repair to expand its commercial fleet maintenance and repair capabilities across Canada, building on its investment in refrigerated transportation support through Pro Reefer.
Based in Mississauga, Ontario, Triple Diamond Truck and Trailer Repair is an MTO-certified commercial truck and trailer maintenance and repair provider. The company operates a 24,000-sq.-ft., 16-bay facility staffed by licensed technicians with expertise across major OEMs.
The acquisition unites two longtime sister companies, Pro Reefer and Triple Diamond, under Amerit to expand service capabilities and strengthen support for fleets operating commercial trucks and trailers, including refrigerated equipment.
“Pro Reefer has continued to demonstrate its market leadership, customer focus, and operational excellence, making it a best-in-class acquisition platform for the Canadian market on behalf of Amerit,” said Adam Lev, VP of corporate development at Amerit Fleet Solutions. “The acquisition of Triple Diamond builds on Amerit’s and Pro Reefer’s growth momentum and represents another important step in our long-term growth strategy.”
What this means for the trucking industry
The acquisition gives Amerit a broader maintenance footprint in Canada and strengthens Pro Reefer’s role in supporting fleets that rely on specialized truck and trailer service. For refrigerated carriers, expanded repair capabilities can help address maintenance needs for equipment that requires consistent uptime and technical expertise.
