STEMCO, an EnPro Industries company, has acquired V.W. Kaiser Engineering in Millington MI. Kaiser is a privately held company with 30 years' experience testing and manufacturing long-life pins and bushings for kingpin and suspension applications.
The transaction represents combined synergies between the two companies in their commercial vehicle market focus, product technology, and reputations for training and customer support.
Kaiser headquarters and manufacturing facility in Millington will remain in place.
