Penske Truck Leasing is offering Claims InSite, a new collision-management solution

Penske Truck Leasing is offering Claims InSite, a new collision-management solution designed to facilitate management of the entire accident process in real time.

The solution begins with incident reporting and follows through by ensuring the vehicles are repaired in a quick, efficient and cost-effective manner, Penske said. It also identifies collision repair centers and will find locations for chassis, body and trailer repair centers, vehicle refinishing and frame and alignment work centers.

Developed in collaboration with collision and claims management experts The CEI Group, Claims InSite gets the process started with a phone call into a 24/7 claims national call center. A claim specialist will gather information and upload it to a password-protected web-based management system that the customer can use to track the process of their claim through MyFleetatPenske.com

"By partnering with CEI to create Claims InSite, we provide customers with a white-glove accident management service," said Frank Mileto, senior vp–business ventures, Penske Truck Leasing. "We are constantly innovating and expanding our service offerings in order to meet the varying fleet management needs of our customers."
