The new tool is an add-on for ResultsNow, a web-based performance monitoring application that measures fleets operations compared to key performance indicators (KPI). The Dawg allows a fleet to set alert threshold for KPIs and automatically alert managers via email or pop-up messages when those thresholds are exceeded. It can be used to monitor over 25 performance criteria.
