TMW Systems introduced a cloud-based electronic document exchange and transaction platform that provides access to energy and petroleum operators. The new solution, TMW Cashlink powered by Amalto, is available now for transportation businesses that utilize TMWSuite software.

The TMW Cashlink solution provides access to the more than 70 leading energy and petroleum customers – including those served by major payment hubs such as Actian, Cortex, Oildex Open Invoice, and others – that accept electronic purchase orders, delivery tickets, field tickets, and invoices. According to the company, by implementing electronic document exchange and processing, transportation businesses can reduce days sales outstanding (DSO), cut back-office labor requirements and eliminate errors commonly associated with manual rekeying of information.

“B2B integration and electronic document exchange not only help compress the order-to-cash cycle and eliminate labor-intensive manual processes, but they are increasingly becoming a prerequisite for doing business with leading energy and petroleum operators,” said David Wangler, president of TMW Systems. “TMW Cashlink is a convenient, stress-free way for transportation businesses to connect with leading companies in one of our economy’s most dynamic industries.”

With its cloud-based architecture, TMW Cashlink eliminates the need for additional hardware, maintenance, monitoring, custom mapping, and specialized B2B and network configuration that might be required with the use of on-premise solutions, the company noted.
