Online logistics provider Clicklogistics has been contracted by Bell Microproducts to use its Internet-based transportation management system (TMS). Boston, MA-based Clicklogistics said its TMS would be implemented at Bell's West Coast distribution center in San Jose, CA.

Clicklogistics said Bell wants to use its TMS product to manage both inbound and outbound movements of high-tech goods to and from the San Jose facility. The rollout begins with a pilot phase that includes a select number of vendors, carriers, and customers. It will then be rolled out to encompass all San Jose activities and the activities of Bell's east coast distribution center in New Castle, DE, covering many modes of service, including truckload, LTL, and air freight.
