Cardinal hires CFO

Thirt-party logistics provider Cardinal Logistics Management has hired Carl Texter as CFO and senior vp. Texter, a CPA with more than 20 years of financial management experience, most recently served as CFO of Crown Crafts. Prior to that, he held numerous financial positions with BP Amoco.
