Field service workers can be dispatched, tracked and monitored with Xora GPS TimeTrack v1.2, a hosted application designed to run with GPS-enabled Nextel mobile phones.

The latest update identifies the nearest mobile worker to a customer site and can supply dispatched drivers with detailed directions. It also allows service technicians to use their phones to record customer and project information. Geo-fencing options will also alert managers if workers leave or enter designated areas.

Other new features for the new version include automated schedule reports that can be linked to back-office applications such as payroll or inventory management systems.
