Golden State Overnight (GSO), a regional carrier based in Alameda, CA, is now offering guaranteed next-day delivery throughout California and the metropolitan regions of Nevada and Arizona, with a few locations in northern California that will require two days of shipping for packages heading to Arizona.

“Businesses are demanding cost-effective alternatives to the overnight delivery options available through the national carriers,” said Dana Hyatt, president of GSO.

“With GSO Overnight Ground, customers can ship next-day throughout California and much of Nevada and Arizona—paying regular ground rates and receiving a premium-level service, while saving on the numerous fees and accessorial charges that often go unnoticed until the invoices arrive,” Hyatt added.

He also noted that the carrier’s website, www.gso.com, now includes a side-by-side comparison of GSO’s offerings against competitor’s fees and surcharges.
