The Sleep Apnea and Trucking Conference held in mid-May discussed the potential health and safety dangers posed by obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and how the transportation industry and government should respond to them. The two-day event was hosted by the American Sleep Apnea Assn. and co-sponsored by the American Trucking Assns. (ATA) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
