Abbott Enterprises has now made a available its “band of light” Bolt tachometer. This device will let the user determine an engine's exact rpm at a glance through use of a graphic 8" viewing display. The Bolt connects to the ignition coil, counting the spark impulses and then converting this information electronically to a band of light proportional in length to the engine speed.
