Tuthill Transport Technologies announces a new extra-heavy-duty option for 21B-FAB suspensions to improve performance and longevity when used in severe-service

Tuthill Transport Technologies announces a new extra-heavy-duty option for 21B-FAB suspensions to improve performance and longevity when used in severe-service applications.

Previously, additional support plates were added to the outside of the existing front and rear hangers. Now, besides the outside reinforcing plate, the overall hanger has been widened to accommodate wear-resistant plates on the inside of both of the hangers, in the spring contact area.

When specifying the heavy-duty option, customers will receive improved heavy-duty front and rear hangers capable of resisting excessive rubbing wear to the inside of hangers as well as bending — both common wear characteristics in suspensions operating in tight maneuvering conditions.

For more information, contact Tuthill, 2715 N Airport Commerce, Springfield MO 65803.
