Kelvin Group recently acquired PermaCold Engineering, an industrial refrigeration company based in the Pacific Northwest. The company, which provides ammonia and CO2 refrigeration systems and industrial solutions, joins Kelvin’s family of mechanical services brands to support mission-critical clients nationwide.
The integration of PermaCold into Kelvin Group’s portfolio, which includes ARC Mechanical, Refrigeration Design & Service (RD&S), RC&E, HCG Associates, and JS Compliance, strengthens Kelvin’s ability to deliver mechanical refrigeration, process safety management, and environmental compliance services across the country.
The acquisition marks Kelvin’s fourteenth since partnering with Southfield Capital and expands the company’s geographic footprint into the Pacific Northwest.
